Our company planned to give unique uniform to all the contractor vendors. As per industrial law and labour act is it advisable to give same colour unique uniform to all even they are different contracts. Is it create any Industrial dispute or legally permissible. Need advice

Can we give same colour of uniform to all contractors working in our company. Even they r different contractors, the CL's are wearing same t shirts can possible create industrial unity/ union or industrial dispute. Any law / case aval
