Hello

I have been in living relationship with my partner for the past 4 years and need advise to get separated from him.
When I was pregnant 3 years back I realized he is married, when confronted he said he is separated from his wife hence we continued with our child hoping he will get divorced very soon. He hasn't been honest with me throughout our relationship, he physically abuses me everytime we have an argument. He is still in active relationship with his wife but not living with her. He is also cheating on me, he has multiple sexual relationships apart from his wife and me. I have been taking his torture for my kid but it's not worth it and not healthy for my kid to grow up watching all of this adulterous behavior.
He has a son from his first wife and then they got separated and he married his current wife and has a kid with her, I'm the third woman who has his third kid not sure how many more at this stage! He is not leaving me inspite of having sexual relationships with other women, I need him out of my life legally and my kid. Sine I'm not legally married to him, how do I proceed with my case? Will I be in trouble for being in relationship with a married man and will my kid be impacted too? He purposely trapped me by emotionally forcing me to continue with our kid so that I will not be able to move out of this relationship. I'm extremely worried and depressed in life for my kid's future, can someone please help me here??

A.you are advised to make a police complaint about causing sexual, physical, mental and emotional abuse to you on the false pretext of marriage, against the said person, with whom you are living in a live-in relationship.
