Divorce case regarding Summons Divorce case regarding Summons

The respondent did not receive the summons on divorce case sent through post. She refused to accept it. Her brother has received summons served by the court Amin. However she did not appear the first hearing. The stage of case in online portal shows as Steps / Further Steps. What does the stage Steps / Further Steps mean?

A.Court Amin server the summons so what more you want.
she will come later and can get excuse of corona for not coming.
just pay the fees of steps.

A.Hi,
Steps here means that you should pay the fee for serving the summons, Also, the facts of your case are not clear please provide clear facts, whether respondent received the summon or not? and if yes, than who accepted the summon?

A.Hello,
The facts of the case are not clear, whether respondent received the summon or not? or who accepted the summon? However, steps means to submit the charges for serving the summon, which needs to be paid
