Elder brother has certified copy Elder brother has certified copy

Hi i am trying to buy a a property.

A property is 30*50 which is divided to 2 sons
Elder brother (A) and Younger brother (B) both got divided the property equally.

Elder brother(A) has only duplicate (certified copy) of division property where has Younger Brother(B) has original documents of division property.

Everything is available like kata, ec in the of elder brother of divided property and he has loan in bank.

Now this Elder brother(A) wants to sell the property and I want to buy it.
This seller (A) is saying first he will transfer the property to his son then he will sell to me so that I will get original documents since he has only certified copy of division property.

One of my lawyer suggested Buy directly from Seller (A) by paying in my name to bank.

So I am here for suggestions.. Please help me wether I can buy this property just based on certified copy of division property.

A.Hi,
You will need original copies of all necessary documents to prove that the sale was genuine. The seller can apply for them with the land authorities.
