A.HI,
Please refer to the terms and conditions in your purchase deed. If there is such a provision that empowers you to make such modifications without any consultation or permission, you can proceed. If somebody faces any damages or losses in their property because of your actions, you are liable for it.

A.Hi,
It depends upon the agreement you have signed. If there is such a clause that empowers you to do it, you can without anyone's permission. But normally, it is not allowed as it can cause damages to other's property or disturbance to others. You are liable for your actions and have responsibility if someone faces any losses.

A.First of all,it is necessary to scrutinize the terms and conditions specified in this regard in your registered Purchase Deed read with the Rules and Regulations of the Flat Owners' Association. In general, you cannot be entitled to cause anything which likely to hamper the aesthetic beauty of the building as well as cause nuisance, annoyance and risk to the Neighbouring Flat Owners .
