Acko General Insurance company has refused to renew my existing comprehensive car insurance policy for next year. They are just offering third party insurance. Depriving my car from own damage insurance is well within the legal rights of rhe insurance company? Moreover, in my existing insurance i was offered and sold NCB PROTECT ADD ON. If the company had no intention to renew rhe policy with comprehensive plan then selling NCB protect add-on cover is a foul play. I have 50% NCB in my current policy which stands protected even after taking a claim. But if Acko does not provide me renewal rhe no other company will honour its NCB PROTECT add on. Kindly guide me. Is the company right in denying the renewal with comprehensive plan by giving a reason of unsolvable technical glitch.
A.Dear client,
No the company is not right in denying the renewal with comprehensive plan by giving a reason of unsolvable technical glitch and deprive your car from its own damage insurance.
Hope it helps.
