IF CALCUTTA HIGH COURT WHILE PASSING AN ORDER IN DIVISION BENCH AGAINST SINGLE BENCH ORDER, DO NOT FOLLOW/OVERLOOK SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS OF HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA IN WP(C)) WHO DIRECTS TO MOVE UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION TO HIGH COURT AND THEN IF THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA, DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION OR FAILS TO IMPLEMENT THE SC ORDER UNDER ARTICLE 142 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA WHEN APPROACHED, WHAT TO DO NEXT IN THAT CASE?
