What is to be done now What is to be done now

Purchased an item with the verbal information that the company will provide comprehensive warranty for 5 years. this was written and stamped by the Dealer( a reputed dealer). Later on came to know the 5 years comprehensive warranty is not available as the purchase was made just few days after the scheme fo comprehensive warranty for 5 years was over. This is a false assurance from the Dealer , which the online customer service is NOT accepting and I am not getting the service. The purchase was made just 1 month back. After many deliberations the Delaer is saying the matter has been settled with the Company as a special case and I will be provided with 5 years comprehensive warranty. these are all verbal communications. When the customer care is approached they ask the date of purchase and say that 5 years comprehensive warranty is NOT admissible. What should I do? i want a written comunication which nobody is giving.
