NOTICE
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
The Hon'ble National Company Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench vide order C P no dated 12.07.2019(rewived on 29.07.2019) has appointed the undersigned as Resolution Professional (IRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). As per IBC, the entire Board of Directors of the company stand suspended an the management of the affairs of the company vests with the RP. Further, all the employees at the company shall report to the RP and provide access to such documents and records of the Company as may be required by him.
All the concerned are requested to take note of this and co-operate with the undersigned and his team in managing affairs of the company to the best possible manner and to take all possible steps to keep the company as a going concern.
Your sincere and wholehearted support is solicited in this regard.
This notice was pasted on my customer's office I have to get money from them.
