A.you already made complaint.
now you are removed because of your complaint.
so approach labour commissioner again for termination by retaliation.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
Several enterprises have been forced to lay off staff due to the pandemic. To approach the labour Court, you shall need to fall within the definition of a workman under Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act. If you have adequate reason to believe you have been wrongfully terminated, you can approach the Court within one year of your termination and file your dispute. While this can be done by yourself, I'd advise hiring a lawyer to make the process go smoother.
