License under Factories Act License under Factories Act

A is a company which has leased a part of the factory of B which has a license to manufacture under Factories Act. A gets into a contract with B to manufacture certain goods for A. Does A needs a license under Factories Act ?

A.Hi,
If there is a valid license already, there is no need of any license for A to manufacture. He can start manufacturing in the factory but the existing license should be legally valid and not expired at the time of work.

A.Hi,
Since A has leased the part of the factory which has license to manufacture under Factories Act, there is no need of any further licensing. It is important to make sure the validity of existing license before the manufacturing related works.

A.Dear Sir,
Since B is manufacturing such goods there is no necessity for A to get license under the factories Act. To avoid such license A must take undertaking from B that he will take license under the provisions of the Factories Act and manufacture the goods.
