My father is a retired govt employee and getting pension income less than 1.5 lacs per annum but myself working in private company and getting 7.5 lakhs annual income. So, what is the criteria to OBC

You are perfectly comes within the definition of OBC NCL on the basis of your father’s pension since your earnings will not be taken into consideration.
Income of your parents only will be calculated. Thus you can get the certificate.
The government will consider the parents’ status to determine “creamy layer” instead of status of the candidate applying for the job. In case of women candidates, too, the parents’ status will be considered and not the husband’s status.

On conversion you cannot get any benefit and which category you belongs earlier before conversion will be considered for your appointment.
