सर हम लोग दादा दादी के साथ 160 वर्ग गज़ के पैतृक मकान में रहते हैं, मेरे पिता के पास एक 150 वर्ग गज़ का प्लाट है, जो अभी NA नहीं हुआ है। क्या मेरा EWS बन सकता है। परिवार की आय 8 लाख से कम है।

Answer. Hello yeswanth you can get ews status if the following conditions are fulfilled apart from income less thqn 8lakhs : you should be from general category. Your family should not own or possess agricultural land of size 5 acres or above.
Eligibility
• 5 acres of agricultural land and above;
• Residential area of 1000 sq ft. and above;
• Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
• Residential, plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
