A. Dear Sir,
Once made, an adoption order cannot be undone except in an extremely limited set of circumstances. It is possible to appeal an order before it is put into practice, but that is different to revoking an order that has been implemented.

A. No, the adoptive son does not have any rights left in the property of the natural/biological parents once the adoption is affected. He will have only those rights which were vested onto him before he was adopted at the age of 5 years as per the Section 12 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.

A. dear client when the adopted son already has so many documents to prove that the deceased grandfather is the father of that son then why do you need a adoption proof. In case there is more details in the matter then speak to a lawyer or an expert.
