A. Dear client! you are telling the fact there can not be an order for arrest. You can demand additional time to repay the loan through the registered letter to the bank.

A. Any one who is even now earning by some provate job can file for Insolvency, You need to make a fair declaration if your assets and liabilities.

A. I think no! It is unlikely that two legal person will be completely insolvency at the same time even if they are both husband and wife try to discuss with concern authorities.
