I want to send defamation notice to some person, CIVIL AND CRIMINAL both. Need to know the charges for the same, currently ONLY NOTICE.

Posted 1 day ago

A. Dear client,
The charges for the same will depend upon what the advocate will charge as you will be sending them the legal notice through the advocate. It may be as low as a thousand rupees or can go into the lakhs depending upon the complexity of the case and the advocate's charges. Please consult an advocate for this.
Thank you.

A. Dear client,
This may not be considered as blackmail but if you keep constantly pursuing the idea of telling her parents despite her requesting you not to then it may be considered as harassment as you may be causing mental anguish to her.
Thank you.

What is after dismissal SLP by SC?

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear client,
If the Special Leave Petition is dismissed only by passing a non-speaking order, then note that such dismissal of the special leave petition will not preclude the party from moving the High Court for seeking relief under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Thank you.

A. Dear client,
when you all approach the court you can show the evidence of how much you have contributed to the dues and cleared. On the basis of that, the court will consider the amount invested into the assets of the property and then divide accordingly.

A. Dear client,
You can explain your situation to the nearest District School Inspector. In such cases involving financial troubles, schools are usually expected to have certain mechanisms in place. Since your daughter has already finished her last year of schooling, they cannot keep her marksheet with them and further meddle with her future. If the School Inspector cannot help then you can file a writ petition in the High Court.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client
you can very well file a writ petition in the Madras High Court challenging this order of the Tamilnadu government. But let me tell you that it all will depend on your arguments in the court to get a favourable judgement in your favour. COVID-19 is a new thing and lot of research and insights are required before going into the case. So, prepare accordingly.
