A. Hi,
Enforcement of the order of eviction by the Tehsildar cannot be done since the appeal against the order is still pending before the ADM. It is advisable that you wait for the proceedings to be over.

A. Hi,
If the property divested by your father is self earned and not ancestral property then he is within his rights to divest the property to anyone through a valid will, the essential condition being that the will should be valid and be made our of free consent.

A. OBC is a community certificate considered by central government and income & rank is not the criteria. For more authenticity pls check in employment notifications where information is 100% genuine.
