You can file a recovery suit against him and ask for the damages and compensation of filing a suit. You can also ask the school authority to settle the matter with the person and help you to get back your money.

Normally, NBW’s cannot be issued against Complainant and his Advocate. The case history is to be looked into. You may approach same Court for recall of the same which was issued due to misunderstanding of law or approach High Court for getting recalled and to pass some strictures against such judge.

Complaint filed under REPORT CYBER CRIME section can be withdrawn before it is converted into FIR. Visit the cyber police station and asked them that you want to withdraw the complaint as the matter is resolved. They, will proceed your request further and close your complaint. They will not charge anything from you its totally free.
