I want to know About the documents that i should ask befofe giving money to someone on loan

A. I have gone through your query in detail.
1) Make a promissory Note- Clearly mention the Start Date & End Date
2) Enter the same amount on Cheque with the borrowers own handwriting
3) Have 4 Witness from His Side & 2 Cheques also of the Witness
4) If you give frequent money on Interest, then better to take a Money Lender License & be safe.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have taken handloan of 5 lakhs from a friend. And I returned the same amount to her as promised. But, due to lockdown, I could not return 40,000 which I promised as interest to her.

My fther gave a debt of 1.20 lacks in 2001 to a man and he is not paying the loan amount. There is a court case going on and we won the cast in High court. Even after that he is not repaying his debt

A. If you have who won the case in the High court you have to go and execute it . Do take help of the lawyer from your local jurisdiction OR the lawyer appointed by you and do the needful .
