A. you are really honest to provide real facts. it might be serious issue when your wife will file domestic violence complaint into court against you. in that case you with your entire family might be accused . even She can file 498A complaint. if she file cases against you then you have to fight case on merits. try to settle down matter with discussion with her and her family members .

A. dear client you need file civil as well as criminal defamation complaint . if the cant put allegations of impotency in the petition than u cant raise the issue. also you can get a Colour Doppler test for better and strong evidence .

this is very interesting. You can prove that no marriage has happened and the divorce petition is not maintainable. Definitely the divorce petition will be dismissed. Second issue when arise let us think of the solution then.
