Hello Sir, I have a query, My father at time of an heated argument slaps or hurts my mother unapologetically, i need a protection for my mother since il get married she will be staying alone with him

A. Explain to your father that what he is doing is wrong and what all consequences he may face if proceedd legally... in other words make him aware that he is not suppose to physcially assault your mother and if he does so you will take severe action if needed

I'd advise you make a report to the police immediately. You can seek protection under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and also under S.498-A of the IPC, which deals with cruelty.

A. what police can do ?
nobody can force anybody to live with someone,not even supreme court.
they not stay in his house and left you.
so you have house to stay.
for other financial spends, you can file maintenance case and ask for interim maintenance in it.
you can also send restitution of conjugal rights to husband to come back.
