A. You can lodge FIR with local PS, most of the states have facility of filing online FIR also. If you are woman, there are many phone helpline numbers for Domestic violence help. As you are hesitant to file complaint against your parent, Domestic violence cases can also be resolved outside courts with the help of NGOs, police via mediation.
Alternatively, you can file legal suit for domestic abuse and violence against your parents, and can file maintenance under section 125 of CrPC
