I had bought a land with my own money in 1990 and registed with my father name and signed by me.In 2010 my father give the property to my only younger brother and registed as giftdeed without my permission.How can i claim against this property and my child has right to claim on it?

A. if you can show by evidence and documents that you have funded the whole amount of this property though it was registered in your father`s name, you have a quite good chance of claiming the property for yourself or for your child.

I own a flat in Mumbai in a reputed society. I want to gift my flat to my daughter is society n o c required for making gift deed.

A. Dear Sir,
Yes you must get NOC or else at least you must intimate them and wait till their positive reply. Otherwise you have to go appeal before the Deputy Registrar and then to Civil Court etc.

I have not purchased paper for my house so my property will not sales and loans what can I do Please help me

A. dear client i agreed on advice that You should have possession and title to document without both or either of absence you cannot avail any facility of sale or loan. Take up the issue with a property lawyer to guide & help you quickly.
