A. You can file a complaint against him. But, technically speaking you have given your consent so you will not be able to prove rape charges.
You can also talk to his wife and inform him about the same. So, that he will not be able to do the same with others. Also, make a complaint in your company as well. Your company must be having a grievance cell and as your matter seems sexual harassment at the workplace, the company will take proper action against him.
