yes, you can use this to support your claim. The letter can show that the relation you shared was cordial and the video footage from the CCTV may be used to support your claim that the case in hand was thought before hand and is a preplanned attempt. you can submit this as video evidence to the court.

A. In such facts and circumstances, you have the option to file a divorce on the same ground as well as you can ask for nullity of marriage on the ground of importance. Ask them for divorce by mutual consent otherwise, you can take steps to file the divorce against him
