I have got visa to study a masters degree in the UK. Before travelling to the Uk I thought to open the startup company related to the software. UK permits only 20hrs to work while being in the tier4 v

A. Hello.
As per the Prohibitive covenant of the Rules for Tier 4 of UK Visa, working for a company where you hold a statutory role, such as director is Prohibited. Basically, you cannot engage in any kind of business activity.
