Meri maa ke baap ko mare hue 12 saal se jyada ho chuke hai, uske pass ek ancestral property thi , kya ab meri maa us property ke partition ke liye case file kar sakti hai ? Kaise kare ? Baap ke marne ke kitne saal baad partition file kar sakte hai ?

A.1. Take the property document to a lawyer.
2. Ask him to issue a legal notice seeking portion from the property with time frame
3. Failing which you may initiate the partition suit.
The limitation shall count from the delivery date of the legal notice so no need to worry.
