Kissht — fraud



Dear sir

I have taken loan from Kissht.I didn't bounce any emi.my emi date is every month of 5th date.
I was received message from Kissht on dated 3.4.20 about pay emi 450/-so paid emi in advance through their kissht apps. I made paymet successfully on dated 3.4.20
I paid my emi before due date. But they charging emi 450/ and bouncing charges 225/-with penal charges 350/-they and charge me every day rs.350/- but I paid my emi before due date so how can they charge me.i tried phone call from last 14 days but no one answering and write email also but no one replying.i have attached screenshot of payment.
Please help for this.

There must be some error and due to the non-availability of the manpower, the calls are getting unanswered. I request to follow the below:-

Seek for Nodal officer details and E-mail along with your issues to resolve.

A. Send an email at- [email protected] or [email protected]
B. Also, fill the online form- https://kissht.com/contact-us

As per the Ombudsman Scheme for Non-Banking Financial Companies, 2018 (The Scheme), the need to appoint a nodal officer and failing to address the same, please raise the concern at below:-

A.1. if you had made the payment on time, no need to worry, just send them representation through email/post,
2. if they do not rectify their error you can file a consumer complaint agaisnt them for deficiency in services, negligence

A.Dear Sir,
It seems they are not legally running the business and you lodge complaint with police for falsification of accounts and also lodge complaint with concerned Collector/Deputy Commissioner to cancel their Money Lending License.
