Call record in crpc 125

My wife has left home since almost two years. She tried to file dowry case but rather than going for 498a case she filed 125 maintenance case. I have a kid too, who is 2.5 years old. And staying with her. I have call records of her and her mother where her mother clearly advising her to come to her parents home and break all contacts with husband(me). Can i produce this as evidence in court? Will court deny maintenance on the basis of this evidence. My lawyer says maintenance is inevitable. Please suggest.

A.Hi,
You should file strong objections for the petition filed U/s 125 of Cr. PC and also file a restitution of conjugal rights petition.
