Accident insurance claim pending

Dear sir/Madam,
My mother died in an accident before 11 years. The lawyer is still running the insurance case in madras high court and says different reasons every time for case delay. unfortunately i lost all the related documents of my case, so i could not cross check the case status. The lawyer is not ready to give any details to me, I fear that the lawyer is hiding some thing from my knowledge. I want to check what is happening in my case and change the case to new lawyer.

A.Approach a junior lawyer, apply all the certified copy from the file ( lower and higher court).

The judicial system is like that in India. Advocates are ashamed of to speak truth. Get change the advocate and you can find out online details with little efforts there after you can continue.
