A.You are safe. Once it is sold he should have closed all his accounts. Threaten him that you can lodge complaint against him. Now you are legal owner and he has no rights.

A.You should assist him to change the FB password and registered number. speak to him and extend your assistance. Your act is a criminal offense known as identity theft.
