Mein 45 saal ki hu, mere ghar ki backside mein ek lady rehti hai and vo mere husband ko like karti hai. But mera husband usme interested nhi hai. Vo mujhe bhaut negative energies pass krti hai and mujhe esa lgta hai ki vo meri brain aur body mapping kar rhi hai. So mujhe isme kya legal help mil sakti hai?

A.Dear Madam,
The law prescribed section 498 as follows against the man but in your case it should be applied against a woman who is trying to entice your married husband. Try approaching the High Court to amend the section and to apply to both man and woman. It is a debatable subject as times have been changed.

Section 498 in The Indian Penal Code
498. Enticing or taking away or detaining with criminal intent a married woman.—Whoever takes or entices away any woman who is and whom he knows or has reason to believe to be the wife of any other man, from that man, or from any person having the care of her on behalf of that man, with intent that she may have illicit intercourse with any person, or conceals or detains with that intent any such woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
