I an an confirmed employee and now company is asking to leave in current by asking for my resignation without any reason that too has not given anything in writing.As per my LOA I should get 2 months notice or payment in liew of. I have sent them emails but they have not responded. I am sitting at home now.What should I do further to get my dues.

Don't go ahead with your resignation, in such cases, the company may issue a separation letter with adequate notice or lie of the amount as per the state rules.

A.If you resign then you lose your right to contest the termination. So, better let them terminate you and then you can challenge that legally. Having said that in private jobs the companies have the freedom to terminate the employment on many grounds like no new business. This situation as arisen by the current pandemic can go in favour of them.
