About Private Loan About Private Loan

Hello Sir/Madam,

I got a text message regarding private loan for those who financially struggling in this lockdown. I approached them. They collected my documents like Bank statement, copy of Aadhar, Photo, PAN etc.(only soft copy). I asked them about terms and conditions to take loan. They said, only need to provide blank Cheque leafs and Stamp paper without date which costs 7.5% of total loan amount. Eg: For Rs. 5 lakh they are asking stamp paper worth Rs. 37,500/-. Is there any legal complication in such an agreement? Is it a fraudulent activity? Can they do anything with this non dated Stamp paper agreement? Can somebody guide me?

A.1) When did you get the text message for the private loan during the lockdown?
2) What is the name of the company ? the firm/ the manager and the working people over there?
3) What is the address of the company in detail do they have any kind of website etc.?
4) Kindly DO NOT provide any kind of blank cheques and do not sign any kind of stamp paper without anything written on it.
5) Again in pertaining to the stamp paper worth Rs. 37,500/- there is nothing such as agreement of such high value for 5 lacs. All this is fraud activity kindly DONOT take any friend or relative along with you as you all will lose money. They may tell you that if you give 2-3 members they will NOT charge from you, but it is NOT the real situation . Your references will be at loss & again your friends will eat your head for the paid money. Such loan are called as TRAP Loans. These never exist. Tell them to take the processing fees to be deducted from the loan amount.. See they will NOT agree.
6) Ask this person to show whom all have they given the loan till date now and who is the person or the company who is giving such kind of fraud loans they will just take away your 37500 and run away.
7) Do let me know from where are this people are operating about the private loan there will be a modus operandi of large number of people involved in it. Do not fall as a pray to them and avoid them at all times.
8) If they have given you some agreement do show it to me
