Many a times the SBI employees do not get proper support from the association and hence the case do go wrong.
Now in your case the prime thing is what is the reason for all this? What did you do? Since I am an ex SBI officer hence if I know the correct reasons for your dismissal probably I can answer you in a better way.
If you have not committed any wrong then you must challenge the dismissal with full vigour to set it right.

It is a critical stage. The dismissal order is considered as "Death Sentence" in Service Jurisprudence. It may not be recalled or set aside in 90 percent cases. Get stay order from passing such dismissal order by approaching the High Court if possible. Regarding draft, approach experienced service advocate of your area. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
