Phone bookec for someone else through Flipkart and Amazon

If I buy a mobile phone online for someone else from my own account in Flipkart or Amazon and that person use that phone with his own SIM card. After sometime if he does any criminal activity through that phone will I be in trouble? Please give your kind advice
A.Yes, you will be in danger. Please get back the SIM and cancel it.

A.Don't worry. If anything happens as you are anticipating then co-operate with the police inquiry, if you are not involved in the criminal activity then police will not implicate you.

A.The account on on Amazon or Flipkart does not matter to whom the end user is using the phone or any equipment or instruments. the phone which has the last known sim card will be held responsible for all the action deeds perform by that Phone number n the sim Card number. In whose address and the name who has purchased the SIM card... There is no liability of of the delivery of the product of that offer Amazon or Flipkart
