we have aflat at mira road shanti nagar under the name of my mom and elder brother both got expierd within last six mnth we need to sell out the flat please advice
A.1) Who was in the Nominee for this Flat?
2) Does your name exist in the Ration Card of that Address?
3) Write an application in society for including your names in the Share Certificate & Maintenance Bill.
4) You & Society will have to put a Public Notice about the intimation of the same for TRANSFER of Name in 2 Newspaper 1 In English & other your local Language
5) After the waiting period is over, the Name change in Share Certificate can take place & then you can sell the Flat.
