Unable to pay loan payment

Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings!
I was working in Dubai (UAE) in construction company. I took personal loan of AED 25000/- in November 2019 from UAE bank and I already paid AED 10000/-
Now due to Covid-19 pandemic, my company sent me back in India on unpaid leave and did not give me salary. Now I am jobless in India. I am unable to pay rest EMI payments. Next month my visa is expiring.
Please give me legal advice.

A.As you was working in Dubai and also getting the payment in Dubai you was able to pay your personal loan EMI and due to this pandemic covid-19 situation you are not unable to pay the EMI is of no issue because by default as you said even your visa is expiring next month.............so nothing to worry about... In case any kind of notice comes reply them back by stating that as an soon you start the job you shall be in the position to repay them as you are not doing this on intentional basis. Till then relax & enjoy with personal loan of AED 25000/-

A.You have taken approx Rs. 5,13,105 and paid back Rs.2,05.242/- . So for just Rs.3 lacs the said bank may not taken any steps. If you go there then it will be a problem.
