Vanikaran land

Hi, I'm from Pune and planning to buy a land which falls under vanikaran (forest) zone. Is there any problem to buy this land? I'm planning to open a old age home as it's having very cool and calm view. Can I do it? Please suggest
A.Sale of forest land is prohibited all over India ....so the question of buying a forest land in Pune does not arise. such lands cannot be sold by the occupants... Don't get cheated by the Seller............You cannot open the old age home such kind of forest land....

A.Without any legal permission from forest department not possible.

A.Sir,
I have gone through your case history posted by you.
In my opinion you can't do anything in forest land except using it as an agriculture land with farm house. The best thing would be not to buy & build any such OLD AGE HOME on such land.
Better buy agri land & build farmhouse on it. It will be legal & will save future headache as well.
