Hi. I was in Kochi earlier and was supposed to get transfer to bngl in April. I hd seen a house in olx and sent 5k as confirmation token on march 17. But I couldn't travel due to lockdown. The owner again demanded some amount of total advance (30k) to be sent. So I sent 15k on April 14. But since lockdown and associated risk I couldn't travel to Bangalore. I said owner that I have work from home option. So I won't be able to come to Bangalore anytime soon now. So pls refund my money this month. But he is not agreeing. He is saying no question of returning the amount. And he is saying if I need the house then I need to pay rent every month now.
