I'm staying in single rent room for work purpose and I'm working from home from last 4 months now my employer wants to install webcam in my computer by doing that they monitor me anytime with their computer software that won't even take my permission that is privacy violation what is leagal way I can deal with it to not allowing them to install webcam.
A.Let the company install the webcam in the computer .........nothing to worry you can shut down the PC when not in use and immediately cover the webcam with some dark black cloth ..........and disconnect its wire there will be no chance of direct monitoring if the lens itself is closed without black cloth..
let the office work continue as you have to get the salary also
