A person had taken a money for need and after excusing for long time now given a multiple cheque of amount in instalment. excusing to return which first 4 has bounced Can we file a case for 420 fraud
A.No 420, only cheque bounce 138 can be filed.

A.You can file cheque bouncing case and simultaneouly other provisions too.

A.As you are having series of Cheque Bounce so immediately send a Legal Notice from a Lawyer without any further delay. OR else you may lose all the money as this person is must be a big fraud. Take immediate action of sending the Legal Notice.
