I am p.k. verma client of “SMC GLOBAL SECURITIES PVT. LTD.’ In Dhanbad Branch i.e. in Jharkhand state in india has been cheat done by branch manager i.e. Pankaj daruka.Mr. Pankaj Daruka has been done unauthorized trading. When I am call to mr. Pankaj to buy this but bt they did not buy. Those people said, "We always mailed you trading details , why didn't you check the mail?" Bt Broking firm always send me contract not in my mail, sms. Bt I never checked the mail & SMS. When I mailed in this company, Those people are talking about the Sebi rule, we have mailed you the total details. Now we cannot do anything. I told them that the rule of SEBI would also be that there should be call recording of total trading, then you give us the total call recording.
But those people are not saying anything related to recording.Everyone is saying the same thing, be it an advocate or someone else who has mailed you, you can do nothing now because this is the rule of SEBI. In this case, I am stuck in one place that I did not check the mail and I trusted Pankaj because he was my neighbor. Now what do I do? Please show me some way in this case as I have lost 13 lakhs. Any single point that can make this case strong, let me know
