Before 15 days,a person puts vulgar whatsapp status in his phone.i have screenshots of him.& regarding that i complained in cyber crime before 2 days.can cyber crime can proove that he is d only person who puts the status?is cyber crime vl take any actions against him?

A.since he had put the vulgar photo as his profile, now the matter depends upon the gravity of the vulgarity,
if the photo is illegal, your complaint will be accepted and entered else NOT,
moreover, you were not forced to see the pic, then how will you prove yourself as a victim/complainant/aggrieved,
there are a lot of complications in law, therefore, take an advice of VA lawyer for proper understanding

A.Yes sir. It is better you file proper complaint. Otherwise the cyber cell may not take you seriously. This is a violation of Indian Penal Code as well as Information Technology Act.
You should proceed with a well drafted complaint, made by Lawyer.

A.According to section 67 of information technology act 2000 that person will be punishable. Cyber crime team will call him to the police station for recording statement and if recorded statement goes against him then he will be arrested by the cyber crime team.
