Suing one's relatives.

Hello. I am a teenager aged 16 from Bangalore. My relationship with my mother was always strained. I have innumerable scars to prove it. Recently, however, she has become more and more hostile towards me. Flinging hot pans at my face and everything. Is it possible to issue a Restraining order against her, and if yes, how?

First, you should approach an NGO, as they can litigate on your behalf. Or go to Child Welfare Committee.
