My jijaji's native place is Maharashtra , but he is living with my sister in madhyapradesh since 10 year , after his brother's death , his parents are alone and he wants to live in maharashtra but my sister does not want. they have two sons.
is my sister eligible for maintenance allowance. kindly suggest.

A.why your sister do not want to accompany her husband to serve her aged parents? will u please explain,

A.if your sister does not do any job she is entitled for maintenance(for herself and for her children) whether she takes divorce or not. if she does work she is then also eligible for maintenance but only for childern as per status of husband.
