Can property be sold by GPA holder?
My brother sold my property with Fake GPA. How do I handle this? Kindly suggest.

A.Power of attorney for the purpose of transfer of property needs to be registered, check the sale transaction and power of attorney attached, you can file a complaint with the District Registrar and in addition file a police complaint.
