I has joined coal India Limed on 05.07.2016 after that on 06.10.2020 my management trainee probation period has been closed . Than I became Assistant Manager w.e.f. 07.10.2017 and did my duty till 12.10.2012 . after that I was leave without pay till 03.04.2018 . So I want to know that whether I am applicable for annual increment or not from 01.04.2018. There is nothing regarding this matter in Coal India regulations. But concerned officer deducted my 1 increment.
