I am Hindu. I have three sisters and a brother. My father passed away in 1996 and my mother is bedriddin. I am taking care of my mother.I spent around 10 lacks for my mother's treatment and paying around 50 k every month. My sisters and brother not even paid single rupee for my mother.
1) can I claim my mother medical expenses which I have paid till now from my sisters and brother
2) Can we void their legal heir in my ancestral property

A.The answer to the first Question ......
that you cant reimbursed your amout from your Brother & Sister ......
As each sibling has the equal right to maintain his/her Mother/Father
If one of them paid the entire amout upon her ....than you cant claim from your Mother
....you do one thing that you can Make WILL in your favor and then your ancestrol property become yours

The answer to the second question
The ancestrol property issue is very much different from that of your medical expenses incurred upon your mother ......
They have the right to claim .....and specially .....You all will get equal shares

A.You can claim previous expenses if you have proofs that all expenses that you incurred are paid by you i.e, medical bills.

You can even demand further maintenance for your mother from your siblings

No, you cannot remove your siblings as legal heir from ancestral property.
