On a contract basis builder, build our house and we use to give him a floor.
He has to complete house in 18 months . Now more than 24 months has passed away but he is not completing the work every say some excuse. We have sign the paper of a floor. Now pls give some advice what we should do

A.you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to perform his part of the agreement within the given time, and can claim an appropriate compensation for delaying the project
